Our Late Night Crops are scheduled
approximately 2 Friday’s per month and 1 Saturday per month.
·
Friday Late Night Crops are from 4pm until
Midnight.
·
Saturday Late Night Crops are from 3pm
until 11pm.
·
Spaces must be paid at the time of
reservation.
·
Late night crops are $10 per person
·
Maximum number of spaces is 16.
·
For your $10, you get one half of a
standard banquet table.
·
During the crop, you will receive an
additional 10% off of all non-sale scrapbook supplies (this in addition to
your frequent buyer discount, but not combinable with any other discount)
·
We have sodas, water and candy for you
during the crops. Please inquire at the desk.
·

Other
Important Information
·
Crops with less than 5 people will be
cancelled. Full in store credit or refunds will be provided.
·
Unpaid spaces will be forfeited in lieu of
paying customers.
·
Crop fees do not qualify for frequent
buyer card discounts or credit and are not subject to any discounts.
·
Crop fees do not count as frequent buyer
qualification.
If
You Need To Cancel Your Reservation
·
Cancellation must be made 72 hours in advance
of the beginning of the crop to receive in store credit for the full $10
fee.

For full in store credit:
§
Friday night crops must be cancelled no
later than 4pm on Tuesday
§
Saturday night crops must be cancelled no
later than 3pm on Wednesday
·
Crop space cancelled between 24 and 72
hours notice, you will receive only half of your fee as in store credit.
However, if we can resell your space, you will get full in store credit.
·
Cancellations, for any reason, will only
have the possibility of in store credit – sorry, no refunds.
We reserve the right
to change any of these rules at any time without notice.
