Rules
for the Frequent Buyer Program
Revised

To
receive a Frequent Buyer Tag, you must:
- Make an initial
purchase of at least $25.00 (pretax) not including classes or crop
fees or gift certificate purchases.
- Make your $25
pretax purchase all in one single transaction. You cannot combine
several transactions to equal the $25 pretax amount.
- Decide at the time
of the initial sale that you want to start a frequent buyer card. You
cannot bring in a previous receipt to start a frequent buyer card.
- Give us your full
first and last name
- Provide a valid
address (either work, home, or post office box)
- Provide a valid
telephone number (home, work, cell, or fax is acceptable)
- Giving your email
address is optional
- We do not sell,
share, or give away any of your personal information.
Rules
to getting discounts with your Frequent Buyer Card:
- Frequent Buyer
discounts are applied beginning one day after receiving your frequent
buyer key tag or upon the next visit (whichever comes later).
- Frequent buyer
discounts are not valid on Crop fees or Class fees.
- If you ever have
been or have to be sent to collections by Cool Scrapbook Stuff for an
NSF check, you will lose all benefits of the Frequent Buyer program
forever. No exceptions.
- Frequent Buyer
Discounts cannot be used on sale items unless specifically noted
- Frequent Buyer
Discounts cannot be used on a Gift
Certificate purchase
- Frequent Buyer
Discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases (ie: if you forgot
to tell us at check out that you had a Frequent Buyer card, we cannot
go back and adjust the receipt for discount.)
- If we find your
phone number, mailing, and/or email address to be invalid, you must
provide us with new and valid information that meet our requirements
listed above or you will be denied all future frequent buyer
discounts.
- We reserve the
right to hold sales where frequent buyer discounts are not
applicable.
- We reserve the
right to add to or modify these rules at any time without notice.
- We reserve the right
to cancel or change this program at any time without notice.
Updates
or changes to these rules will be posted at this website.
NOTE:
All
of your information is safe with us. We do not sell, rent, share or
otherwise give away any of your personal information (including, but not
limited to your address, email address, and/or phone number).
